With 20+ years as a licensed real estate broker and a decade directing enterprise technology at RealPage, Inc. — the SFR industry's dominant PropTech platform — Tom brings institutional-grade analytics and a national network of capital relationships to commercial real estate advisory.
At RealPage, Tom led an international team of 32 serving 4,000+ property management organizations covering 1 million+ rental doors and $40M in annual revenue. Prior to that, he held VP and Director-level roles at Selkirk Technology and Baan Supply Chain Solutions, driving $150M+ in new revenue for Fortune 50 clients. That technology and enterprise background is the force multiplier behind Hall Capital's off-market origination model, underwriting discipline, and speed of execution.
Tom holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from UT Arlington and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame. Licensed continuously since 2001, he advises developers, family offices, and institutional capital partners across Texas, the Southeast, and the Southwest.
